A common misconception about rapid eLearning is that its lower cost that comfortably fits today’s typical training budgets, results in poor quality. But low cost does not mean low quality.

Pre-installed features and inbuilt templates such as interactivities, games, assessments, built-in characters of rapid eLearning authoring tools make it quick and easy to develop courses that are both instructionally sound. Additionally, they are visually appealing, attractive, with no compromise on quality.

Other advantages are that reusable elements of a course such as audio and video components, text, images, and interactivities can be stored in a repository and reused. Small changes can be made to these elements to fit them into new courses as well. Not having to recreate these elements several times not only saves time, but also maintains the original quality. The final advantage is that these tools are always updated, keeping in mind the need for speed and quality.
