A Chatbot, popularly known as a conversational agent, is a computer program designed to simulate an intelligent conversation with one or more users (human) through audio or text. Chatbots are represented visually in the form of a cartoon or an avatar, and in some cases, a voice or text stream. They are designed to express human-like conversations through artificial intelligence. But, how are they related to e-learning? Can we use them in e-learning?
