At CommLab India, we don’t just celebrate the success of our business—we honor gratitude by giving back to those in need. Every year, as part of our corporate social responsibility, we organize "Daawat Hyderabad," a heartfelt initiative that embodies our commitment to serving food in our local community. This year too, we came together to prepare and distribute thousands of portions of delectable Hyderabadi biryani to the underprivileged across the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Daawat Hyderabad isn’t just an event, it’s a tradition at CommLab India. Every year as a mark of Thanksgiving, our employees unite to dedicate time, effort, and resources to give back to society and those who need it the most. This year, we set out to serve 7,000 needy individuals —a milestone achievement that speaks volumes about the power of teamwork.

From sourcing raw ingredients to delivering warm, flavorful biryani, every step of this initiative was driven by care and love.

The Art and Effort of Making the Perfect Biryani

Making Hyderabadi biryani for thousands is no small task! It starts with cleaning and marinating fresh chicken to ensure it's flavorful and juicy. Meanwhile, premium basmati rice is cooked with Hyderabadi flair. The magic lies in layering—the marinated meat and partially cooked rice are arranged in large pots, seasoned to perfection, and slow-cooked on dum to lock in flavors. Once ready, the biryani is packed and distributed, delivering fresh, delicious meals to those in need.

The entire process was long and filled with hard work but through it all, our team stayed inspired and full of heart, knowing we were working together for a beautiful cause. Each step, each effort, was fueled to prepare meals that would bring comfort and warmth to so many people.
