We know that many organizations invest in implementing ERP Software, but, why do they do so? The answer is – to make operational processes more efficient. Isn’t it?
But, according to the 2015 ERP Report of Panorama Consulting Solutions, 21% of companies have defined their ERP projects as failures compared to 16% in 2014. The report also shows that 52% of the organizations faced some sort of material operational disruption at the time of go-live. Further, 60% of companies failed to gain the expected business benefits from their ERP implementations, which is an increase of approximately 10% over the previous year.
You can see that the numbers have been getting worse year by year and this is due to lack of proper end user training. An innovative and scalable end-user training program make it easier for end users to use the software and aid new hires by guiding them to know on how to use the software. Thus, having effective software enterprise training will prove beneficial for a company’s growth. This is ok. But how can we implement a successful ERP end user training?
