Organization needs easy navigation which is similar to existing ERP software for easy access. For this, navigation options need to be customized in the LMS according to the ERP software.
5. Remove irrelevant features or activities
If there are any features or activities in LMS which are not relevant or unnecessary for the organizations they can be removed by customizing LMS.
6. Retain only relevant information on the dashboard
All useful information that is relevant to learning and training should be kept in dashboard for immediate access and without diverting the learning track with customizing the LMS.
7. To add advanced functionality
Organizations want to streamline course enrollment, scheduling, delivery and assessments by customizing the LMS for better usage of it. When it comes to complete advanced functionality that is not a part of current LMS or a report which is needed, but unavailable as a part of LMS, customization will come into play.
In summary, LMS customization meets all of an organization’s training and learning requirements. Learners, Instructors and Training Managers can easily access it and comfortably they can utilize its potential effectively.
