Instructional Design is a systematic, systemic process whose phases are well-known and repeatable for every eLearning design and development project. The output of a previous phase becomes the input of the next phase. As per the ADDIE model, the five phases include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Of these, Analysis is the first phase and is used to identify the key points that help in an effective training session.
