In Articulate Storyline, you can embed YouTube videos into your courses effortlessly with simple steps. What’s nice about Storyline is that your YouTube videos synchronize quite well with the timeline of your Storyline slides, while, other videos don’t. That’s why it makes a lot of sense to use YouTube videos directly into your Articulate Storyline courses.
So, without further delay, let me show you how you can do it. Just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open your storyline project.
Step 2: Go to the insert tab in the menu.
Step 3: Select the desired video from the website by clicking the video tab.
Step 4: The video from website dialog box will appear.
Step 5: Go to YouTube website and select the appropriate video.
Step 6: Once you have selected the YouTube video you want to embed, click the share button.
Step 7: Click the Embed button and a code will appear in the text field. Copy the embed code and open the Storyline Window.
Step 8: Paste the embed code from the YouTube website into the video from website dialogue box. Click the insert button.
Step 9: YouTube video will appear in the storyline screen.
