In my last video blog, we have seen first 3 steps of creating a curriculum, i.e. conducting the needs analysis, listing down the topics for curriculum and involving SMEs to collect the right content.

Now, I am going to talk about the next 3 steps, which will provide you insights about instructional strategy, standardization of the GUI and the development kit with templates for a quicker course development and finally developing the course using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate 8, Lectora and so on.

This is all about developing an eLearning curriculum. Once your eLearning curriculum is developed, you can impart training to your learners at the time and place of their choice. It is the best training investment for many years to come. All you need to do is revisit the curriculum once a year and update it. Updating curricula is quite easy using rapid authoring tools.
