Learning is a continuous process which consists of four phases – Review, Learning, Application, and Adaptation. The third phase, i.e. application deals with implementing newly acquired knowledge and skills effectively on the job. This is where case studies are very useful.
A case study is an e-learning design technique based on a “real” story about an organizational problem and how it is resolved. Let us now see how case studies help learners perform better.
